Wanderlust skincare was a dream that truly turned into a reality. I always had sensitive skin growing up and most beauty products caused me irritation and inflammation. After being diagnosed with a life changing illness I took up an herbalism course and dove into the magic of my ancestors, plants. When we learned to make salves and infused oils on cold winter nights in Providence.

Calendula is such a sweet and magical plant energy. Rooting from Egypt, this plant is great for all sorts of skin irritations, redness, late stage cuts, scrapes, bruises, and even severe dry skin! When I realized I could infuse high quality coconut oil with the magic of calendula it was a match made in heaven. The scent, smell, and texture had me in a trance. At first I was adding honey, water, and all these unnecessary ingredients to try and please everyone.

However, that quickly became and illusion so I trimmed the recipe down and bit while still keeping it velvety smooth. This product smells like cookie batter on a Christmas morning and truly helps to uplift the soul!

Why Do we use beeswax?
