Reflection on Unpacking Trauma
Unpacking your trauma is hard work but very fundamental to doing deep work. We must dive deep into the depths of who we are, who we were, and who we aspire to be in order to grow and manifest beyond our wildest dreams.
Diving deep looks differently to every person but generally involves voluntary discomfort. Taking a leap of faith from your comfort zone, into the abyss of the unknown. It involves disclosing what contracts or agreements we have made with ourselves over the years of growing up. It involves pausing so you can find the space to make the changes to how you normally react. Creating the space you need to find a response instead.
We must work to channel our energy from a place of enlightenment instead of from a place of fear. Taking the time out of each day to look into the mirror instead of solely getting lost in the illusions of the world. It takes courage to do the deep work and also privilege in knowing how to get that work done.
